"I had a recent interaction with OB Pest Control that involved some miscommunication. When I called to discuss the issue they handled it very quickly and very professionally. They demonstrated the company has integrity and takes pride in doing the right thing. Not sure exactly when I need pest control services, but I know exactly who I will be calling."
