"Andy, my technician, came on a Sunday after a swarm of insects were on the outside of my home
I have the termite inspection program from OBPC, so there was no charge for this visit
Andy spent more than an hour inspecting inside the house and checking areas outside to see if there was any evidence of active termites. Thankfully, he found no evidence inside and he explained that to me
He also looked at the yard and dug a trench next to my fence with a wood frame that he treated with chemicals to stop pests from outside. He eased my mind and left me feeling better about everything
He also let me know what to do if I see another swarm
Andy was completely professional and thorough and I was completely satisfied with the service
