"Zach came to treat our home today, and the timing could not have been better. I had spotted a water bug (yuck!) earlier that morning in the master bedroom, and it scurried away and hid. I told him this, and he sent me a video of it, found, and dead. This made my day because I was not looking forward to seeing it later after I returned home from work. "
